We first met Holly and Rich five years ago when they represented a buyer selling a house at Leesville lake. They were very informative and helped us through the purchase of what became our vacation home. Things changed in five years and sadly we were no longer able to take advantage of this wonderful home. Being very impressed with the Grimms we once again contacted them to help with the sale. Through the whole process they worked hard on our behalf and found us a quick sale. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, are just the few words, out of many, I would describe Linda. My first home buying experience felt more like a wonderful adventure rather than a transaction at an dept. store. I won't lie, it's stressful to make one of the biggest decision of your life, and Linda knows this, "If the house doesn't speak to you, then we'll keep looking until one does". We found one, and it spoke to me. I haven't slept this well in 4 years. I would highly highly recommend Linda if you're looking to purchase your first, or next, home. Linda will take care of you, like a family member, and help you find the next place to call home.
