We first met Holly and Rich five years ago when they represented a buyer selling a house at Leesville lake. They were very informative and helped us through the purchase of what became our vacation home. Things changed in five years and sadly we were no longer able to take advantage of this wonderful home. Being very impressed with the Grimms we once again contacted them to help with the sale. Through the whole process they worked hard on our behalf and found us a quick sale. You need to understand that there are a lot of realtors listing home but if you want one that will work hard for you whether your buying or selling Holly and Rich Grimm should be your first choice.
