We found the perfect realtor to handle our transaction. Even though Mariana was considered new in the real estate market, you would not have known it. Our transaction was a difficult one since we live on the other side of the country and our property was rented out until the middle of June. Mariana spent weeks with us explaining the changing markets in Idaho and how to best present the property. Since we were so far away, Mariana went the extra mile with caring for our house making sure it was appealing to buyers. She kept the yard in good condition and even painted the interior of the house to update the look for todays buyers. The market was very volatile during this time with rates increasing and home prices declining. We had a few negotiations with potential buyers that fell through. We were getting discouraged and didn’t think the house would sell. However, Mariana stayed with us the entire time encouraging us that a sale would occur. We had many brainstorming sessions on how best to negotiate a sale in this market. Even though there was a 3 hour time difference, she kept in touch with us by phone, texts and emails. `We had a rental house and it became time to sell. Prices were increasing and it looked like a perfect time. We contacted Mariana Bollman and she was very helpful and tried to get it on the market before the lease was up. Unfortunately, we had uncooperative tenants and it made Mariana's job impossible. So, we briefly took it off the market until the tenants vacated. By then general market uncertainty picked up speed followed by rising interest rates. We had to reduce the price. Then we started to get some offers that were below the assessed value. No to them. The market slowed dramatically but Mariana stayed with it. We were thinking we would have to rent it again when we finally got a buyer with an offer we could accept and it recently closed. Mariana was there for us (we live on the East coast) and got it done.
