I would highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a real estate professional! Amber is such a pleasure to work with. Once she knew our budget (the online portal was quick and easy to use) we promptly got started looking at houses the next day! She is very knowledgeable about the Des Moines area. She even thought of many potential homes that had not hit the market yet! I am very indecisive, and she continued to work hard to find us our first home! Amber was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly via email, text, or phone call. Being a first time home owner, Amber was SO helpful and honest about any questions we had, she even made sure our closing day went smoothly! Matt was wonderful to work with and made the process really easy. He listened to what I wanted in a home and each time we viewed houses they were closer and closer to what I was looking for. I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer. He came highly recommended by the credit union I am going through and even my home inspector had nothing but good things to say. His service definitely confirmed what they said!

Matt was extremely helpful since day 1. My wife and I were both selling our current house and buying a new one and we used Matt for both processes. He was always able to get a good scheduled to accommodate us (on both ends - we have a dog so it was not always easy to plan showings), was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, giving us good things to look for as well as watch out for. Matt helped me find this house as my first house 5 years prior and I had a great experience in buying, so naturally used him to sell it as well. He was super helpful in visiting the house before we listed to let us know items to fix up and move out before showing. Matt Mauro was our realtor when we were first time homebuyers and we knew when we wanted to sell our house and bu again, we’d definitely be asking Matt to help us out again. This time around, we were more picky and wanting more specific items in the house we were to buy. Matt did a phenomenal job finding homes with most, if not all, of our items needed/wanted. His knowledge of homes and the pros/cons of new construction vs not new construction were things we relied on him for which he did not let us down. His communication was top notch when he was explaining what we needed to do when we put an offer on a house with a contingency of ours selling and was always in contact with advice when other offers came in. He sold our house within nine days of it going on market and we found our perfect home that fits our family.
