Monica is outstanding! She helped me through a recent transition from southeast Iowa to the Ankeny area. I choose Monica to buy in Ankeny for her knowledge and network to gain me access to premier properties that are highly sought after. I ended up buying a house in a cul-de-sac with a larger yard and quiet street. On the selling side, I choose to use Monica versus local realtors for her marketing and presentation skills to sell my executive property, which was a tough sell in the area. She hands down brought more to the table than any local realtor could. I highly recommend anyone to give her a call and meet her. She will put you at ease through the whole process.

Matt was wonderful to work with and made the process really easy. He listened to what I wanted in a home and each time we viewed houses they were closer and closer to what I was looking for. I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer. He came highly recommended by the credit union I am going through and even my home inspector had nothing but good things to say. His service definitely confirmed what they said!

Our extended family moved both our home and business to Iowa from Upper Michigan, so timing and efficiency loomed large for us. Steph was a pleasure to work with during the whole year it took us to plan our move, choose our new home, and complete our purchase. During much of the process, we lived and worked in Upper Michigan while Steph took care of matters in Iowa. Her communication with us was superb: quick, accurate, and useful. Matt was extremely helpful since day 1. My wife and I were both selling our current house and buying a new one and we used Matt for both processes. He was always able to get a good scheduled to accommodate us (on both ends - we have a dog so it was not always easy to plan showings), was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, giving us good things to look for as well as watch out for. Matt has been in the industry a long time and it shows - he is super knowledgeable, available and provided awesome customer service. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
