Omg!!! What an amazing agent to work with. First of all she probably showed us two houses to get a feel for what we wanted, and after that she basically found the house that was perfect for us. The whole process of buying that home was very very easy. Even though The sellers had some problems at closing. She kept calm and kept us calm. And selling our house, we had lots of traffic, and even though we had one deal that fell through, Steph was always very upbeat and made sure that the process kept moving ahead . I have to say that I think probably her strongest point is negotiation. She really really works for you and she just does not take any crap off of another agent. Both my husband and I cannot say enough about her. And I truly cannot think of one thing that I would be critical about.wonderful to work with!
