We have so many choices when choosing an agent so having chose Kim Crow in the past, there wasn’t a doubt in our mind that we would use her this time. Our first experience using Kim was selling a house in 2017. She gave us the best advice in how to stage. She went through the most important things to do considering the amount of time and finances. Kim explained everything to us as we decided on an asking price that would make the best profit while enabling us to make sure our house was purchased. We had one open house and a line of cars down the street. We had many people that overbid our asking price. I give all of the credit to Kim‘s expertise. The best thing is that she gives you all the information you need to make the best choice but ultimately she knows that the choice was ours. Most recently (2022) we were buying in an impossible market with a VA loan. She was so amazing in negotiating what sellers were looking for without us compromising or getting into a situation we would be sorry for. Again ultimately the decision was ours and she let us know that over and over. She is a lovely woman who cares about what she does. She cares about the buyer or seller that she is working with. Dennis LeClair has been absolutely wonderful throughout our recent real estate adventure! No matter how many times we changed our minds regarding location or house type, he was supportive and even excited. I think the biggest thing I liked about Brenda was she wasn’t pushy or aggressive towards a sale. I had multiple limiting factors working against me (divorce, single dad, VA loan, little money to work with, etc.) and somehow after using another agent and looking at around 100 houses during COVID, that I found the perfect fit. Moreover her relaxed vibe I found to be a lot more comforting than people I’ve worked with in the past. I would highly recommend her to anyone in this area.

Deb was a great buyers agent for us on our first home purchase. We were out of the country for the entire buying process and she helped us tremendously by responding immediately to all my emails and calls and explaining everything we had questions about. She visited the house (without us even being there) multiple times, to view it, check on repairs that were being completed, etc. She kept great communication with the seller's agent, our attorney, and our lender. She is very organized and pays great attention to detail, making sure everything was done on time. She also is very knowledgeable on the area and knew it'd be a great fit for us. Deb is a great realtor whether you are buying or selling!
