Zeke really stayed on top of everything to get my Mom's home sold and was very considerate of our needs. He was easily available, too. We sold the home "AS IS" but worked with the new owners in getting the house termite tented. Zeke kept the process moving with the companies to get the escrow closed as soon possible. Very pleased and highly recommend him on getting the best price for your home.

I cannot speak high enough of Helena Lambert. Years ago she helped my sell my mother's home and 7 years later when it was time to buy my own home, not only did she remember me, but was ready, willing, and able to assist my husband and I navigate our way through buying our first home. Jack helped me sell my single family rental home in Norwalk, CA. We had people living in the home at the time, and Jack did a great job working with both the tenants and with me to facilitate the showing of the home and the eventual selling of it. He also pushed the buyers hard to speed up the process to make sure that the home sold by December 31 so that I didn't lose my tax break. In addition, Jack gave me a contact in Yuma, AZ to help me sell my rental home there. If it wasn't for Jack, I wouldn't have been able to sell either home. I am grateful for his help and hard work.
