I met him during an open house during my search for a house, and I'm so glad that I met him. He is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and takes pride and personal ownership of his duties and beyond. He understood explicitly what my family and I were looking for in a house. When viewing homes, he knew what to look for in terms of upgrades, structures and neighborhoods, and showed us where they were strong and where they needed work. He also kept it within our budget understanding the reality of our finances and suggesting reasonable compromises when necessary, and protecting us from homes with potential issues. He is very protective of his clients . He made sure to give me a daily list of homes that matched my needs. After the offer was accepted, he stayed with us the entire way, checking on us and following up with lender, escrow and the seller's agent. He also made sure we received and submitted all documents in a timely manner. We closed on time (30 days plus 1), Dan is really committed to what he does and came through beyond expectation. I would not hesitate to work with Dan in the future for any real estate needs. He is a genuine person, honest and nice, and a complete pleasure to work with. He also has a sense of humor!
