Gail set a high price for the sale of the home and waited for a buyer and revised it after she did not receive any offers. Lowering the price under OUR decision which brought the several offers. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped me in many ways. Cleaning up the property removing all of the belongings and presented my options to the several problems that we encountered. As I mentioned I live out of state and she handled all of the details keeping me informed all the way which saved me from traveling to the house.
