After an initial meeting, Gail studied my neighborhood’s market conditions ( which at best were difficult!) and gave me recommendations on pricing and preparing the house for showings. At my request, she offered landscaping and cleaning contractors to assist me, who proved to be competitive, timely and excellent performers. Following my preparation, Gail had excellent marketing photos made and quickly got the home in the local MLS system. About 5 weeks later we received an excellent offer and closed in two weeks. I could not be happier. The whole process was efficient and professional, with great communication throughout.
