Excellent Experience

After visiting an opening house hosted by Kathy, I was well aware that she she was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area I wanted to buy. She knew what I was looking for & therefore saved me from wasting her time & my travel time to see homes she knew were not for me. Knows How to Win

We fell in love with this property. Kathy Hoodman used her extensive k owledge to help us prepare an unbeatable contract. Our contract was ratified despite 10 offers. She also helped me through identity fraud which delayed my cash settlement. She managed an extension so we could clear up the identity theft issue. Many thanks.

Suzanne was incredible with help buying a house...

Suzanne was incredible with help buying a house in Bethany Beach area. She was there from the scheduling of viewings to every detail of closing. This included everything from inspections to local recommendations. She even followed up after the contracts were signed to make sure everything was good.

Kasey with Kim Hook was absolutely flawless in her professional skills. Kasey had so much patience with us in this crazy market and helped us to find our dream house . Kasey worked all hours of the day and night to help us get this home , and her incredible knowledge of the market allowed us to score our home over many, many other offers !
