After visiting an opening house hosted by Kathy, I was well aware that she she was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area I wanted to buy. She knew what I was looking for & therefore saved me from wasting her time & my travel time to see homes she knew were not for me. Great experience & would recommend her to any prospective buyers or sellers.
We fell in love with this property. Kathy Hoodman used her extensive k owledge to help us prepare an unbeatable contract. Our contract was ratified despite 10 offers. She also helped me through identity fraud which delayed my cash settlement. She managed an extension so we could clear up the identity theft issue. Many thanks.
