•Pablo is a fantastic broker. He cuts against the grain of most of the others I have used in the past. He is always available to show properties and works relentlessly to give you the background you need to make a good decision. This comes not only from his years of experience, but also through the research he is happy to do on your behalf. As a buyer, this kind of effort and work ethic is invaluable. He is also quite experienced with negotiating, and does an excellent job navigating that very tricky process. He lets you know when you can push the negotiations, and when you need to be bold with your offer. He is also exceptionally trustworthy and works with the utmost confidentiality and respect. I have worked with him on the purchase of two properties recommend him without reservation.
Pablo took us to see many properties. He always gave us time to discuss the different properties and was respectful and professional. Once we found a property, Pablo took us several times. He was always giving of his time. He is a great resource as well!
