We interviewed a few different realtors and choose Jamie Kramer because of his marketing strategy for our home. We had a price in mind for our home, that though aggressive we felt it was reflective of our neighborhood and the improvements we had done. Jamie sent in their home stager to give us suggestions on furniture placement. Frank, the photographer, did beautiful professional pictures of our home. Dinah was awesome and helped a lot with setting up appointments, answering questions and sending pertinent information when needed. She also did a wonderful job with writing the description of our property and neighborhood. We sold our home in 5 days and received full asking price! We were very happy with how everything went because signing with Jamie was more then just signing with a realtor, it was having a whole team in assisting us in getting the best price possible.

I would passionately recommend them to anybody since they made it the most worry-free house-sale experience in my life. The house was put on the market on March 6th, got an offer on March 11th and closed at the end of April!!
