The Most Professional, Knowledgeable, and Communicative Agent!
Terri King is the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. Terri sold my mom's condo for OVER the asking price--a price I didn't expect we'd get--in just 48 hours! During those 48 hours, over a dozen interested parties toured the condo. The entire process--from our first meeting to closing--was so easy because Terri works very hard for her sellers. With her 30 years of experience, I felt that Terri could offer me advice and choices based on a solid knowledge of the market and her profession. I also knew at every step what was going on and what my options were because she is a fantastic communicator. As I am often on the run, I prefer receiving info via text, and Terri was on it! She'd text me to let me what was going on at every step along the way or to let me know she, the title company, or the HOA had e-mailed me documents. The first time I heard of Terri King was when I asked my parents' financial advisor--who is (very) successful and who recently retired (so he's earned a great vantage point over the years)--if he could recommend a real estate agent. Without hesitation, he offered just one name: Terri King. She will be the only agent I recommend ever. I cannot imagine anyone more professional, knowledgeable, or helpful. Her people skills actually made the process fun, a word I never thought I'd apply to a real estate transaction. I feel so very fortunate to have had her represent me. (BTW, I'm not new to the real estate rodeo; I've bought 4 houses and 2 cottages of my own and was involved in selling my parents' house and the purchase of their condo before this sale.)
