This was my second house I sold with Katja. I am from Germany thus couldn't be physically present during the whole selling process relying solely on her as my realtor and confidant. Whereas my first sale with Katja went very smooth - thanks to her overall professional working attitude - this one was another story. Due to external hindrances thrown in our way that we had no influence upon such as city permissions and other administrative hurdles, it took almost 3 months to close and I lost quite some nerves in the meantime. Not so Katja. She professionally kept her calm, handled any situation in a highly professional and friendly manner with always my best interests in mind. She kept me informed of every new step and development leaving no questions unanswered. This was especially important to me as I could speak in my mother tongue as well as being a non US citizen.
