My boyfriend and I connected with Cindy through Zillow and she walked us through our first few home viewings. Admittedly at first, we were very skeptical of using a relator through Zillow since we never had any experience with home buying/ownership. Since we were first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the whole process. Luckily, Cindy extended her knowledge and explained the entire home buying process in simple steps to avoid overwhelming us. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and respectful throughout the entire home buying process. Not only was Cindy such an asset to us as new home buyers, she went above and beyond as our relator even once our home was purchased! She helped us with issues after we had purchased our home and went above and beyond the role of a relator by extending a helping hand. She even reached out to us during the holiday season with well wishes. We are so grateful to have Cindy as our relator! She is one of the best and I couldn’t recommend her more, especially for first time home owners!
