Linda handled an out of state purchase for us. We have bought and sold eight properties so we’ve had many experiences with realtors; she is simply the best. She was quick to supply information when we needed it. She kept productive the discussions with difficult sellers through their equally difficult agent, and was cordial but firm negotiating on our behalf for a property that has great potential but many problems. The team she works with highly competent as well. The entire transaction was a pleasure. I will use her again when the opportunity presents itself!
