What should have been a simple transaction turned out to be a lot more complicated than anyone expected, but Kim was there every step of the way to guide us through! When the deal fell apart a few times, her professionalism, experience and connections in the market allowed her to quickly solve issues as they arose. Her calm demeanor and can-do attitude always helped the situation. We never had to worry about where things were at as she always kept us up to date and was very responsive when we reached out to her. Although this was not a big transaction, it was a big deal to us and she always made us feel that way. The craziest part of the whole thing is that this all happened remotely. We had never met her before or saw the property in person, but none of that seem to matter. We know that Kim will be the one to sell this property and help us buy the next one when the time comes.
