As a first-time home buyer Ted was a perfect fit for my wife and I. He was patient with us, given our inexperience with the process. He answered all our questions in a timely fashion. He was readily available to set up viewings - and there were many over a significant time period. Ted was never pushy. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a home. I really felt he was there for us, and not himself. When we hit a major snag with an inaccurate appraisal, Ted recommended another, reputable lender who came through for us in a time pinch.

We are so grateful that we found Rob as our realtor. We met Rob when our home was not ready to go on the market and we were not even positive if we wanted to sell. Rob was patient with us and showed us dozens of houses even though we were not yet serious buyers. We eventually decided to list our house and Rob had it under contract in 10 days. Shortly after we had our new house under contract. Moving is very stressful and having Rob as your realtor, whether buying or selling, will make it less stressful! We worked with Rob for about 9 months and at no time did he pressure us into selling our house or buying a house that was not right for us. Overall, Rob is a great guy looking out for your best interest. We hope we don't have to move again anytime soon but if we do, we will call him without any hesitation!

My wife and I cannot say enough about how great is was to work with Rob. When we first decided to put our house on the market, we thought it would be wise to meet with a few different realtors to make sure we were making the right decision. Rob was the first one we met with. Two seconds after he walked out the door, we both looked at one another and said, "Maybe we don't need to meet with anyone else". We cancelled the other meetings and called Rob to tell him the good news. Before the house went on the market, he gave some great advice about a few things he thought we could do to help in the process. He also hired an excellent photographer for the online photos. Within the first 48 hours that the house was officially on the market, we had 8 showings and 2 offers on the home. We were under contract before we knew it and everything after that went smoothly due to Rob's professionalism and his staying-on-top of everything. He priced the house just right to not only get a lot of interest but also to get us some very attractive offers. The best compliment I can give him is to say my wife and I would not use another realtor; he does business the way business should be done, and always is looking out for the best interests of his clients.

Robert is the consummate real estate professional! This is our third real estate transaction and first time with Robert and wish all of our dealings could have been with Robert. He listened to our needs to understand exactly what we were looking for in our next home, had expert knowledge of the area, was uber responsive, and was a thoughtful negotiator to broker the best value for us. We were probably one of his more difficult clients due to our very specific needs, challenging work schedules, and rambunctious toddlers who joined us for the showings but he managed to handle our request with grace and patience. I would highly recommend Robert to my friends and family if they are considering buying or selling their home.
