We met Patti when she brought buyers to our home during our brief stint trying to sell our house without a realtor. We liked her right away even though she was not representing us. She is straight forward, friendly, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. So we hired her to represent us as sellers once we realized selling without a realtor was becoming a hassle. Her smart, professional, educated approach enabled us to sell our house on the first day it was listed. We received 3 offers that evening, with one being well over ask with no contingencies. She worked out all of the little details and requests between us and our buyers with the utmost professionalism. It was truly the fastest, easiest, most hassle free transaction we've ever had and we are truly grateful to have met and worked with her. I returned home after 12 long years of being wrongfully convicted in Philadelphia to Life Without parole. Marc was amazing throughout out first time home-buying process. He sent us listing after listing as they came up and listened to what we wanted. Whenever we wanted to schedule a showing, he made himself available. Marc was super attentive to calls and texts, and updated us with information as soon as he got it. When we found the house we loved, he did everything in his power to make sure that our offer was accepted. After that, he sent us a timeline to closing which was so helpful for first-time home buyers. He made sure all of out questions were answered and was with us every step of the way. We highly recommend Marc to anyone looking for someone attentive to detail, passionate, and committed to helping others find their home!
