Patti is absolutely amazing!! She helped me with my first home purchase 3 years ago, and I had to have her help me with this new purchase because of how well it went with her the first time. Patti made the house search process easy and fun. There is a lot that goes into real estate that one doesn't think of, and it was reassuring to have Patti there to think of things that I just wouldn't. This purchase process was a bit more difficult, and Patti was a great advocate to have throughout the process. Should I need a realtor again in the future, she is the one I would turn to!

Patti was recommended by a friend who is a realtor but moved out of state. What a great recommendation. Patti was accessible via text any time and phone calls. Her responses were almost immediate. It was like we were her only client which we know was not the case. Her advice during the entire process were spot on. We knew we had a gem after speaking with others who were complaining about their realtors. Especially when they were not receiving responses. We highly recommend Patti if you need a realtor!!
