Hank Bailey was my mom's agent when she sold her home after my father's death. We had already been through many stressful months dealing with probate and were trying to navigate it long distance. As soon as we signed with Hank, things became so much less stressful. He was proactive, keeping us updated before we even asked. He reminded my mom of things she needed to do. When the person in charge of our estate sale completely dropped the ball on the promised clean-up service after the sale, Hank had people out quoting the job that week and he put us in touch with a wonderful company that took care of every detail perfectly. Even in a seller's market, the process is scary. He took the time to give his professional opinion and pointed out the pros and cons to every offer so we could make an informed decision. Then when the closing was delayed due to issues on the buyer's end, he helped navigate those added details. Could not recommend him more highly!

I was working with a realtor for several months and they were fine but we weren't getting results in the real estate market buying a first home. I chose to switch realtors and reached out to Hank's agency not really knowing anything about them. I saw a different level of professionalism and commitment that I had not seen with my 1st realtor. Hank reached out to me within 10 minutes of my inquiry and we were looking at homes the following weekend. After 6 months of looking previously, it took Hank (3) weeks to find what I was looking for and we had an accepted offer (2) days later. He guided me through the process and potential pitfalls new home buyers experience and as I write this message I am standing in my new house we closed on earlier today.
