I was working with another realtor for (6) months to buy my first home. They were fine but we weren't getting any results in this sellers market. I decided to reach out to Hank not really knowing anything about him except some great reviews. He called me back within 10 minutes of my inquiry and we were looking at houses the following weekend. Hank's level of knowledge and professionalism is like nothing I have seen from a realtor. He was in contact constantly throughout the process and it took about (3) weeks for him to find us what we were looking for. We had a deal in place (2) days later for my first home. As I write this review, we just closed on my 1st home. I cannot sing enough praise about what Hank has done for us. I would call Hank immediately for my next real estate deal or advice since he appears to know everyone in the real estate game in GA. If you are reading this review looking for a realtor, I would say stop here and call Hank immediately.

I was very nervous moving to a new state and needing to find a Realtor. I wanted someone who wasn't pushy or wanting to force us into buying something that wasn't right for our needs. I did a google search for realtors in the Buford area and Hank Bailey's name popped up. When I called him, he immediately contacted me back and I felt confident that he was a perfect fit for us. We knew we had to buy a home during our visit to Georgia, which was very nerve wracking. He had a list complied of what met our criteria and we scheduled from there. After finding the perfect home, he went out of his way to guide us in making the best offer to get it. When we thought it might not happen, he was already making a list of more houses to look at as a plan b. He never stopped working to make sure we found the perfect home that fit our needs. We even told him we wished he was able to take care of the home we were selling out of state. His communication skills and work ethic are impeccable. He's also helping more family moving to town find their perfect home. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Hank!!!
