Matt was very enthusiastic about finding the right home for us, he was realistic in his market evaluation of our house for sale and informative about our purchase. Matt consistently discussed the pros and the drawbacks to each place we looked at, he helped guide us professionally through some really rough personal times while we were purchasing and selling our respective homes. Matt had a calming, “everything will work out” attitude. He was very knowledgeable about structural integrity of homes, with his background being a huge bonus. This is my second time working with Robin and I’ve had yet another great experience! Robin always makes what can be such a stressful process so easy and enjoyable. In every interaction she is professional yet personable, so knowledgeable of the business and always offers her honest opinion.
