THIS WAS AN OUT OF STATE PURCHASE WHICH REQUIRED AN AGENT LICENSED IN THAT STATE. ALSO A MORTGAGE COMPANY CONTRACTED OUT WITH MY CREDIT UNION, WHICH MADE WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE PROCESS, BURDENSOME. THE SELLER'S AGENT SEEMED NOT TO BE VERY COOPERATIVE EITHER. DARRELL WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND NAVIGATED THE SALE VERY PROFESSIONALLY.
