Great Agent!
Mariely was great to deal with from beginning to end. She has been very responsive, at all times, from the start. She is very professional. We had an issue with the sellers of the home we purchased, which MArielly knew nothing about, and although it was after the sale, she still stepped in and assisted in getting the issues resolved! I highly recommend her for buying or selling your next home.

Monique is Amazing!
We worked with Monique on several occasions. Her positive outlook and mannerism is truly inspiring. She always knows ways to help us get a home we want, provides pros and cons, and connect us with the right people. She works to get the most out of every situation. She is magical! We call her our "guardian angel" because she always has our best interest in mind, and we could not have done it without her! She is a one-of-a-kind gem! Excellent in every way
Monique was truly amazing and helped us purchase our home from start to finish. We weren’t sure if we wanted a townhouse or single family house and in what location. Monique was able to show us so many different options when we couldnt make up our minds. She is familiar with every corner of Tampa, and was always prepared with all the details on each house we saw (over 20). We are first time buyers, and Monnique helped us navigate all the financial and mortgage issues and even providing advice on how to lower out interest rate and sending us to-do lists to ensure our closing remained on time. Monique continues to stay in touch and tie up any loose end (garage door opener, etc.) that we need after our move in. Monique’s professionalism, organizational skills, familiarity with the area, and her sunny disposition and patience made this process enjoyable and we have the beauty house we dreamed of,
