Silvia does a great job. She works very hard. She showed me several properties both in her office and onsite. We did a lot of walking. She was able to answer all my questions. For example when we found a property I really liked, I wanted to know if it was likely that someone would pay cash for it. She was able to tell me the range of most cash offers. For another property she said she would be able to give me cost estimate to re-model. She went beyond my expectations. She was able to tell what I wanted in a property from our conversations in her office and on site. The condo is perfect for me. I was concerned about the extra drive to work but, she showed me an alternate route that was not that much further. Also Sylvia helped use dot loop. She was willing to take whatever time was necessary.
