The point of choosing a professional realtor is their expertise and knowledge. Take their advice! We did all we could to ready the home, and she did all she could to market it and sell it for the best price possible. We were very pleased with the time that she took to explain every part of the process and to quickly schedule a stager, all of the photographs and videos, and an open house as soon as we were ready. She is very realistic on what your home is worth and honest in what she thinks of your home.
