I searched for a record of recent home sales in the areas adjacent to my home that I would be listing. Discovered two names and explored their websites and decided that Marcia Kasper would be the most qualified to select. Indeed she was very prepared, had elaborate documentation and explained very clearly all of the issues concerning listing and selling my own property. She is also very knowledgable, experienced, professional, personable, effective, and successful. At the time of the interview I listed my property. As soon as it went onto the market there were four showing in two days and on the second day there were two very competitive offers of which I selected the one best suited to my needs. During the required steps for arriving at closing she was always very effective and quick to repond to all issues to move the proceedings in an efficient and timely fashion. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor! It was by chance that I found her! I called on a Saturday looking for realtors and she answered right away and went to the house to look it over. I live out of state and she gave me the estimate the next day. I felt I was in excellent hands. Anytime I would call her she always answered. She was so patient and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. She was able to take care of hiring someone to clean it and haul out belongings. We were looking for an agent that would start sending us info on properties in our price range that met our needs. I initially spoke with 4 agents and asked that info be emailed to us until our property in St Louis was closed and we would then come to Ocala to purchase a property asap. We received info from 4 agents for a week. The second week we heard from 2 agents, and by week 4 Marsha was the only agent keeping in touch with info on all the new properties coming on the market . When we got to Ocala she immediately had appointments made and educated us to the market .
