She was an absolute professional and every question I had, by phone or email, she was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Marcia was a dream to work with during this process. She immediately understood what we were looking for and found several properties for us to view. So keen was her understanding of our needs that we were able to find exactly what we wanted right away. She went to bat for us during negotiations, she explained the process thoroughly and answered all questions immediately, even once over a holiday weekend. She was also just cool, fun, funny and real...so personable. I liked her so much that when we closed I felt like I was saying good-bye (for now) to a friend! If you are looking for a realtor who is intuitive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuine you'd be hard-pressed to do better.

Marcia had sold a home in my neighborhood. I talked to the sellers of that home, and they spoke very highly of Marcia. So we had Marcia list our home and it sold it in 13 days, even during this Pandemic! This was the first time we have ever sold a home, and Marcia was very helpful and patient. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. Anytime I called or texted her she answered or responded quickly. Marcia did such a great job we ended up using her to buy our new home.
