We were tired of agents who did the bare minimum. We were looking for the best Realtor who “did more”—and made us feel like our needs were a first priority? If you are looking for the same. Look no further than Marcia Kasper. As the housing market was changing daily, we were totally out of sync on how to price our home correctly for a quick sale. We didn’t want our home on the market for months and months. The amount of effort and time Marcia put into her market analysis was incredible. From the first day that we met, she spent hours explaining home prices and walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, she and her assistant Angie were always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to them. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Marcia does it – and to the fault of everyone else I worked with – she and Angie set our expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them. Marcia was 15 out of 10! She and Angie bent over backward for us. We highly recommend Marcia. It doesn’t matter if you are selling or buying, your best interests are always of the utmost importance to her.

She was very professional, efficient & helped in overcoming a hurdle with the Title Co closer who had difficulty reading & understanding a Trust Agreement. I was the seller of a building lot owned by my Revocable Living Trust. I had an uncooperative Co-Trustee, who I had the right to replace & Lisa, with determination helped the Title Co see the light.
