This was our 3rd home purchase so we have been through the process before and know what to expect. It was also our second purchase using Valerie as our agent and we also sold our 2nd home using her as well. We didn't "have" to move and were just watching the market. In fact we did for almost a year, with submitting several strong offers some more disappointing to lose out on than others, but truly believe everything happens for a reason. Throughout the process Valerie was patient and understanding with our needs and accommodating with our changing criteria from what we were seeing in the market. She advised us what we would need to do to be competitive with our offers and even when we were outbid she still knew what we would need to do, it was just us not wanting to go to that extreme. She worked tirelessly to get us in to showings asap, and submitting offers and talking to the other agents to get us the best chance. She doesn't just turn off at the end of the work day either, she continues late into the night as well. We used Valerie to sell our home that we bought with her only a couple years ago. We weren't in a "have to sell" space this time and just waiting till the right thing came up. When we bought this home after a hard search with several strong offers that we got outbid on Valerie had a client selling there home with her and she brought it to us. Even then we knew if and when we moved again we would use her to sell the home. Things worked out and we got it! A lot happened and changed in a couple years and we were looking again in case something came up. Valerie was patient and understanding through the process, never pushy and always available. Her communication is top notch and if she is unavailable she has backup that is great as well. When we finally went in the market she moved quickly and was efficient. Where do I begin. I transferred from Louisville KY to Denver CO and I had no idea where to start. My realtor in KY got me in touch with Jennifer Sheldon from Remax. I'm retired military with serious anxiety issues and Jennifer made my family and I extremely comfortable. Jennifer was available every time we needed advice or wanted to view homes. It didn't matter what time of the day or night, Jennifer made it her number 1 priority to assistance us in every way of trying to find our new home. Jennifer is very educated when it comes to selling and purchasing homes. We had the pleasure to work with Valerie Westmark while selling our house in Thornton, CO. We currently live in another state and had to work remotely to prepare and sell the house. During the entire process, Val was very helpful and had many resources and reputable contractors' names she was able to provide, when needed, while preparing our home for sale. She brought in a wonderful photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Val's extensive knowledge of the area and the market was key to us receiving a very high price for our property.
