We made a risky real estate decision to go under contract out of state while waiving the sales contingency on our home. We had 3 weeks to list our home, go under contract and finalize the sale. She accepted the challenge and did a phenomenal job. We never had to ask for an update, she checked in often, even to offer a helping hand, and she even came over and helped pick up toys and tidy before the appraiser arrived. We have a toddler so keeping a home tidy is a monumental task. I just wish we had met her sooner for the purchase of our other home.
