Responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process
Working with Brian and Carli was a great experience from start to finish. They were both incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered questions quickly, and helped make a stressful situation feel much more manageable. What stood out most was their patience, market knowledge, and ability to help navigate some more unique aspects of our sale, including questions surrounding the solar panels and coordinating everything leading up to closing. They handled negotiations professionally and always made sure we understood our options without pressure. Even toward the very end of the process, they remained supportive and attentive to details, helping everything come together smoothly through closing. I truly appreciated the time and effort they both put in and would absolutely recommend Brian and Carli to anyone looking for knowledgeable and dependable realtors.

Success is finding the formula and repeating over and over.
I had an truly great experience with the Amlin sales team. which stands out as a premier example of exceptional service. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident from start to finish; ensuring every small aspect of the staging, advertising, dealing with offers, and connecting to maintenance contractors was handled perfectly. They truly define "going the extra mile" by smoothly working and with existing tenants, and Brian even personally picked up a rent check for me.
