•Our primary residence is in IL and we were looking for a winter home in FL, a friend recommended Mark to us. I have nothing but positive feedback in working with Mark. Starting day one he was very attentive to our needs, taking the time to get to know us. He asked a lot of questions to understand our vision so as we looked at places, we would look at places that had potential and not just see homes for the sake of seeing homes, not waste our time being from out of town. Throughout the process he was quick to respond to all our question and/or concerns we had. Once we selected a home and moved forward with the purchase, he kept in constant communication and helped button things down even though his job was done. Lastly, months after the sale, he continues to check up on us from time to time to just say hello or see if we need anything. Our experience has been awesome and would definitely recommend Mark, especially if you are from out of town. His attention to detail and follow up is second to none, he knows the local market very well and his input was greatly appreciated. He helped us purchase our dream getaway, are extremely happy with the experience and can't wait to start creating memories.
