Our experience with both buying and selling vacation property in Bradenton, FL, could not be surpassed. Mary Vargo's skills and knowledge of properties has very much impressed us on every level. Buying property can very well be a daunting task to say the least but Mary has made problems associated with the purchase and sale of properties as easy as - 1,2,3. However, I believe Mary's most important trait when dealing with a purchase or a sale is that she is intensely honest and loyal to the folks she represents. She is also very open with all questions and never seems to get upset when you ask a question perhaps more than once; because, she never takes for granted when buying or selling that the buyer or seller has all knowledge of the transaction. Mary kindly explains all aspects of a transaction. I could easily list many more positives about Mary, but in the interest of brevity I will let her actions speak volumes about her willing helpfulness.

I have bought two houses with Mary's help. On both purchases I was able to find the perfect home for my needs. She did an excellent job filling me in through the process of buying and was quick with searching and getting to houses for a walk through. It is obvious that she is an experienced real estate agent who is caring to your needs and loyal to finding what you specifically want. I would ask for her help again if I ever wanted to buy again. After reading good reviews I thought i Was in good hands. The properties I was shown did not match my requests. He talked more about himself and how wonderful he thinks he is. He did not do himself any favours by making advances on me rather than trying to purchase a home.

Mary is extremely responsive and on top of every detail. She produced an efficient schedule of home showings, and after the contract she managed the process to closing that made it very easy for us.
