Lisa was very engaged with me during the whole process, which was important because I live out of state, and she was handling everything for me. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. She was proactive in running down details that my loan officer required and was well connected to help me find contacts at the last minutes to address required inspections. Purchasing a home is stressful but Lisa reduced that stress because of her experience and professionalism. I cannot say enough good things about her, and I highly recommend her!

I just can’t say enough about Carey Beychok, but let me try: Carey is our dream agent. We listed our condo in Sarasota right when the bottom fell out of the market. Despite the very high interest rates and the oversupply of condos in Florida, Carey got the job done. It took a few months, of course. Things were at a standstill in our area. Carey was always pushing for showings and giving us pep talks when we got discouraged. She never gave up. Her excellent marketing and networking kept our listing alive during the downturn, and this month (May ‘24) our buyer appeared. Carey’s mantra is “It only takes one!” She was right! Carey’s strengths are: 1) Knowledge of the market and her invaluable advice about price adjustments. 2) Her can-do attitude. Believe me, you want this woman in your corner! She will always have your back and WILL NOT give up. 3) Personal attention. Our place was vacant for a few months and Carey put herself in charge of making sure the place was ready to show.
