Working with Midge was an absolute pleasure. She really went above and beyond to make the whole process very easy for me. I'm a professional guardian selling a home on behalf of a client so there are additional family members and court procedures involved. Midge understands that process and was extremely responsive to me and the family, explaining everything in detail and working quickly to negotiate our deal. She was involved in every aspect of the sale and facilitated communication between me, my estate attorney and the closing agent. Midge even went so far to assist with the close that she delivered the closing documents to me so sign/notarize so I didn't have to travel to the agent's office. She provides excellent customer service and I highly recommend her.

Our experience with the purchase of our condo was a lot less stressful knowing that we had Missy and Joe assisting us. We live out of state and with only a weekend to spare in Sarasota, Missy helped us find our place. Missy Kept us up-to-date from the signing of our purchase agreement to the closing, which was mostly all done remotely. Missy and Joe delivered when most needed and we appreciated that very much!
