I strongly recommend Elaine. Elaine was a pleasure to work with. She has about 30 years of experience, yet she is still very energetic. A real go-getter who leaves nothing to chance. When we put our condo on the market, she knew exactly where to price it so that we generated multiple offers in a short time period. Then, she knew how to manage those offers, always checking with me before making any decisions. It is never easy to sell real estate, but with Elaine, it sure seemed easy. I just wish I had more real estate to sell so that I could work with Elaine again.

From start to finish Carey and her team made the process of selling our home easy, simple and efficient. She had our home under-contract within 3 days and sold within 4 weeks of listing. Carey was recommended to me by a friend that she represented as a first time home buyer. It turns out he praised her capabilities for good reason! She was thoughtful in helping us prepare the home for listing, discussed different pricing strategies to maximize our return, and even added a few personal touches for staging purposes. Once listed, Carey was very communicative, giving us updates and feedback on every tour. Carey was a pro when receiving offers, following up with buyer reps for additional documentation or clarification when needed. I never felt that anything was rushed, or pushed, everything was thoughtfully considered. All offers were presented and discussed for their own advantages/disadvantages as well as possible next steps. If further information was needed, Carey was always on it and got us what was needed quickly. Once we choose a buyer, Carey took lead on all communication and got the deal closed within 4 weeks of listing the home without one hiccup or misstep.
