Midge McCarthy of REMAX Sarasota represented my wife and me in 2018 when we purchased a second home in Sarasota Florida. Her knowledge and professionalism was so over and above the real estate agents that we have dealt with previously that we wouldn’t consider retaining anyone else to sell the property we had purchased just 2 1/2 years earlier. She worked diligently scheduling showings to abide by our tenants schedule. She developed a great rapport with the buyers agent and went out of her way to take it upon herself to coordinate the scheduling of repairs that were needed before closing. Best of all, we had asked for and received updates on a daily basis. We believe that Midge is the best of the best!
