Miss Trexler was our sales agent. We went with her all over the place for search of the property in this small peace of land - Sarasota. She is very professional, She knows how to approach any situation on the way. How to deal with everyone who involved in sale of particular properties, if You, as a buyer interested and want to know more details. We visit Sarasota several times (we are from NY) before we found what we wanted. Miss Trexler was very helpful and patient with us, until the very end. She helped to arrange places to stay in the town, since we new to the area she showed us good restaurants and food stores, places to visit when we was free from searching of the house. Missy and Joe are an amazing team! My house was flooded in hurricanes, Helene and Milton. I reached out to Missy and Joe, and they had nothing but compassion and help to offer. They were always available, they were very good listeners, they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my severely damaged home to market. I was not in a good frame of mind to make a decision, and they were patient with me, and stuck with me. They also helped me on my search for a new home, even after I changed my mind about what I wanted and what part of town I wanted to live in, many times! They did whatever they could to help me. They sold my damaged lot, and yesterday I closed on my dream home! They have been in town for many many years and know everybody so anybody you might need in any caveat related to Residential, or Commercial Real Estate, they have your back and they find everyone you need. Having had a great experience working with Joe & Missy Cleary's office when we purchased our Sarasota condo 9 years ago, we of course returned to them when it was time to sell it. Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse - prices falling post-hurricane and with all the insurance issues complicating the game. But Joe did a great job of advising us, managing expectations, and keeping our spirits up throughout the process. He knows the area well and is a great communicator. It took a while, but we did eventually sell it, and what a relief that was! I'm sure he was frustrated, too, but he remained supportive and gave honest communication throughout. Thanks Joe!
