Due to her expertise of the area and the correct pricing my condo sold for list price after only 1 showing. After the home inspection Rachel organized various professionals to make the few repairs needed. I did nothing. And I love that! Larry is an amazing realtor! He helped me find a fixer-upper close to downtown for a reasonable price. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and very responsive. Carey was the first relator we met when we moved to Sarasota. We bought a condo in the Landings at Eagles Point Circle. The condo was purchased when we were in NY state, using a traveling notary and Careys help. It went very smoothly. She arranged a loan and we transferred the remaining money.
