Once John knew I was serious he was extremely helpful and encouraging even in this crazy market and after a few disappointments. As a novice property buyer I appreciated John's guidance through the entire process. He was always available for questions and almost always answered his phone even though he is a very busy guy. He was timely if I wanted to see a property (even if it was not his listing) and is very knowledgeable about the whole TBGCC community. He knows everyone!
