Although we were fairly familiar with Sarasota, we depended on Matt and Tracy's knowledge of the area, housing market, builders and communities. They did not disappoint! After our offer was accepted, they were extremely thorough in following up with us, sending us referrals, responding to questions and providing us with information needed for next steps.
