I would highly recommend Debi for even the most difficult to please! First of all, her knowledge of the market is unparalleled! She provided comps and her asking price was "right on" with market trends. 2-debi was VERY active in advertising and showing the property through open houses. She was enthusiastic about selling homes and it showed in her results 3-Goes WAY ABOVE in assisting that the house looks its best by suggesting hiring known professionals with moderate pricing in every area including landscaping, handy men, painters etc. It was such a relief especially when we went back up north. She met them at house and sent back info of progress and completion. 4-On open house days would even bring her own vacuum to "tidy up" since we were not there Who else does all this?!?! And she has a wonderful personality, so easy to work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
