Buying a home in today’s market is so stressful. Working with Lauren was truly a pleasure and stress-free experience. She really listened to us, and our needs, and only showed us homes that “ticked off” all the boxes. She was so patient in showing us dozens of homes until we found “the one”. We never felt pressured or rushed. Her communication skills are amazing. Working with someone who has so much experience and knowledge in today’s market really put us at ease. It was a exciting to wake up every morning to check my emails to see what Lauren had found for us. She stayed in constant contact with us, and always worked around our crazy schedule to show us homes. Always arrived prepared with everything we needed to know about each home, including all the comps of recently sold homes in the area. When we finally found the perfect home, she knew how much we loved it, and made sure our offer stood out from the rest. She is creative and savvy in delivering offers, and made our entire buying and closing process a breeze. It was truly a five star experience working with Lauren, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is trying to navigate this crazy housing market.

Tanya came in to sell a house inherited and passed down by my mother. It was old. Nearly 100 years old and not in the best of shape. She was a friend of my sister, who co-owned the house at the time. I met a few other real estate agents that came in to try to sell this property to no avail. So when Tanya came onto the scene I expected she would last a few months and bow out like the others. Tanya was very upbeat and didn't seem intimidated by this daunting task ahead of her. She found spots to take appealing photos of the house that made the house look more like an aged mansion than something old and run down. After jumping through many hurdles and showing the place off to many would be buyers, Tanya eventually stayed true to her word and was able to sell the house for a reasonable price. Can't forget about Ron, her husband, as he was there for many showings as well. All this plus Tanya and Ron was able to get me and my wife into our dream home, which we are still in today and plan to be for many years. Tanya was there every step of the way. I've always heard horror stories of selling a house and buying a new one. It's a tedious process for sure but Tanya and Ron helped to make it as uncomplicated as can be. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. I mean that's only if you want it done right with very little hardship on yourself. I'm glad they were around. Tanya and Ron were a blessing during our trying time indeed.

Selling our 1st home was scary at 1st but with the help and knowledge of Team Shiner the process went perfectly. They where always available via text or phone during the whole process. 100% professional and worked to maximize the selling price. We chose Paula as our agent because we knew from friends and neighbors that she had the knowledge and expertise to provide us with a successful sale of our home. Prior to showings, she gave us great advice and even helped us to hang a new door to replace a damaged one. That’s going above and beyond expectations! She and her daughter/colleague Melissa brought us multiple offers above the asking price. Her handyman Troy is a terrific guy who was very helpful. She explained things every step of the way and she was always available and dependable. Paula did a great job for us and we highly recommend her.

Our experience with Team Shiner was awesome from start to finish of our transaction. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Everything was done on time when they said it would get done. Ronnie even came by our house to give us tips on staging, cues for photography and discuss details of the process in depth! The communication was really what impressed us most. Better than all the rest :) I can’t say enough good things about Tanya. She is like love, patient and kind 😂 Seriously though, she is strictly focused on finding the house that feels like home to you. She isn’t pushy in any way like a lot of realtors can be and she won’t ever try to talk you in to going for a more expensive home just to make more money. She really is in it to find you the house you love. She’s also great at protecting you. The realtor on the house we were trying to get had sent over an unfair proposal and she said “no way” and countered with a deal that was fair to us. You honestly won’t find a better realtor than Tanya.
