Ronnie stepped in to help the other family members try to find their own rental, recommended contractors and cleaning services, and did an initial walk through to help us identify things we should fix or update to get the best sales price.

We have used Tanya for 7 sales now and we are very satisfied with her professionalism. The communication she provides greatly helps each sale to be smooth and worry free! She has helped us with some difficult and complicated negotiations and we feel she has always helped us to get the best possible deal under each circumstance. (some sales can get a bit complicated considering the multiple offers we get, cash vs. financing, investor purchases which can be difficult, and the hurdles with inspections and buyer financing. We are very g;ad we found her about 4 years ago when we were selling our first condo.
