I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kelly. Buying a home is a wonderful yet challenging experience and Kelly was instrumental in guiding us through the process of finding our beautiful new home. We were looking for a multi-generational home which meant we had to find something that worked for both me and my parents, and we all have different priorities and opinions about our needs and wants. We also had the added complexity of my parents being out of state. Luckily for us, Kelly took the time to help us move from 'all over the place' to a solid list of criteria to find a place that works wonderfully for all of us. She knows the area and the market so well and was so quick to answer all of our many questions that came up during the process. She even looked at potential properties for us when we were unable to, and sent us tons of pictures and videos so we didn't miss out on any opportunities. March 7, 2024 March 4, 2024, our home sold!!!! This was all do to Laura Gippert of ReMax! Her, competent, effective, trustworthy & fun manner is the perfect mix of skills that Laura gives you as you sell your home. I have never seen so much activity procured by her in one day! Laura calls, emails or texts you for an update as questions arise or information needs to be collected. Our home had not sold for 5 months! So in December, 2023, we changed our relator to Laura Gippert of ReMax & things started happening! She got it staged, changed some lights, & made it look absolutely beautiful!!! Within 3 weeks, someone fell in love with it & by January 1, 2024 we had a contract. We are simply so grateful that Laura Gippert was there for us! Kelly helped us find our home in Johnstown after looking in other communities in NoCo. She was very helpful and timely and very organized. Even after we walked away from a home after the inspection revealed a host of problems, she was still encouraging. We were relocating from Southern Colorado and she made great use of our time. She was happy to work with our chosen lender and when we were able to close early, she was available the day after Christmas to make it happen. Her knowledge of the area was great. We valued the fact that she helped us make good decisions for us…not for her. That is a mark of a great agent!

First of all, Angie has set the bar high for our expectations for any other selling agent out there. She keeps her pulse on the market and provided us with the knowledge we needed to navigate the selling process. She has multiple vendor resources to provide you with, to keep the process moving along quickly. She was always available for questions and very attentive. She made you feel like you were her only client. She is a wonderful and caring person. Knowing we were moving out of state, she went above a beyond to help find a good buyers agent. She contacted and screened them to be sure we would have a good experience finding our new home. Words can’t express how grateful we were to have Angie alongside us in selling or home. Let me just say, we successfully were under contract in 4 days and well over asking price! Angie is fantastic!
