Rhonda was invaluable in finding the best house in the best part of town for me. She was very patient and listened to what I needed in a home. If not for her knowledge of the area I wouldn't have thought to look in my current neighborhood. Rhonda was also instrumental in helping me get in touch with a mortgage broker that was able to put me in touch with downpayment assistance programs in the area that I didn't know existed prior to meeting her. Rhonda was also great during the negotiation phase and helped me negotation key points in my contract. Rhonda has great people skills and was able to help me find a home for myself and children during a very difficult time. She is a good listener and is very conscientious of the needs of her clients and doesn't push them into a decision when they need time to think. I would defintely use her services in the future.
