Chissy is an excellent realtor and helped us quickly find an prime property in a hot market. Her background at a brokerage and her knowledge of the local market were huge assets. She's also a very empathetic person and really listens well to her clients. It would have been easy for her to show us other properties where commissions were likely higher, but she didn't she only showed us homes that were well aligned with our needs and dreams. I hope that I will not be moving for a long time, but if and when I do, I also hope Chrissy can work with us again.

If you want a highly responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely effective realtor, you need to hire Sean and his team. Sean and his team put an extremely effective sales pitch online, which made our home look like a model home in a magazine. We put our home on the market after 5:30 on a Thursday night and had a contract for sale on Sunday afternoon, less than 72 hours from start to finish. We receive an offer over our asking price. I would recommend Sean and his team to anyone who asked about who to choose as a realtor. In fact, I recommended that my neighbor use Sean and she is now using Sean and his team.

Chrissy was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what she needed to do for us. She listened to us and kept finding great homes within our budget and list of needs/wants. And when we found a home we wanted to put an offer on, she helped us beyond what any normal realtor would do to get us the home.
